By empowering local believers, we help nurture spiritual leadership that drives both Gospel impact and sustainable community growth.
Local Leadership
Rural church leaders often face significant challenges due to a lack of biblical knowledge, ministry tools, and resources.
Our focus is to:
Train local pastors and leaders.
Equip them with sound biblical teaching and practical tools.
Raise up leaders from within each congregation.
Provide consistent support and mentorship.
Leadership Development
We invest in rural church leaders through ongoing training, personal coaching, and intentional mentoring. Our goal is to strengthen leadership and discipleship skills while building a connected and supportive network of pastors who can grow together and lead with confidence.
Four-Field Strategy
Using a powerful church-planting framework, we equip leaders to share the Gospel effectively, disciple new believers, and guide healthy church growth. This strategy includes practical tools, clear mapping of new groups, and long-term support to help churches thrive.
Supporting Church Builds
We help rural congregations build dedicated spaces for worship and ministry by contributing to the construction of church buildings. These buildings become hubs for spiritual life and community outreach, encouraging local ownership and long-term stewardship.

Organize Jesus Film screenings to reach remote areas.
