Pao Buntheon

Adminstrator

I am married to my wife Davy, we have one daughter named Srey-Tey, she is five years old. I have been working for AOC for five years. I love my work so much and continually strive to do my best. Through the sharing of AOC staff and my exploration of God?s word, I left my Buddhist upbringing and made the decision to follow Christ. After much sharing and prayer my wife also joined God?s family. In my limited spare time, I love to read my Bible and watch TV and romantic movies.

I am 24 years old and I have been working for AOC since June 2006. In 1998 I came from Kompong Cham province to Phnom Penh to study and work. I thank God for choosing me to be His daughter and for this job God gave me. Please can you pray that my parents and relatives will come to know God.

Community Health Education Trainer

I am 25 years old and am married to a Christian wife named Srey Nith, we have a son named Robeen, we are Christians. I believed in Jesus since January 2001. My favourite thing to do is play football. I have served with AOC since May 2005. I look after the youth in Lvea Sor and send them to many seminars and training about Jesus. I am very much inspired by the testimonies of the youth and I really enjoy my work helping them know about Jesus!

I am 26 years old and single. I believed in God when I was 17 years old. I first started working with AOC in 2005. I really enjoy my work helping with the Children?s Program. I teach the children about health, songs and Bible stories. In the future I want to serve God with the youth and children in the Church or in the community with those who have never heard the Gospel.

I am 25 years old and have been working with AOC since 2001. I teach children about health and encourage them with the love of God and show them how to live in the right way with God. I really love working with children because they are really important to God. I received Jesus in 1996 . I have served with AOC since May 2002. I have a daughter named Waliac Sok and a husband named Sothea Sok. I oversee three Special Interest Groups of widows and a family group. I also organize mini camps for these women in the village. I am very much inspired by the testimonies of the women about God meeting their needs by Divine Healing and supplying their physical needs.

Driver

I am 28 years old and I have been married for 7 years. I have one son who is sick and one more on the way. I started working for AOC in April 2002. My main responsibilities are driving for evacuations and for other AOC needs. I also help with other practical jobs like fixing and maintaining the River Ambulance, vehicles and village house. I like my job because when I was young I always wanted to be a driver and have always enjoyed repairing things and keeping them going.

Iam 40 years old and am married with three sons and one daughter. I started working with AOC in 1993. I love my job because I can help HIV patients, I also can share and tell them about Jesus before they die. I want them to believe and accept Jesus. Please pray for me and pray that the HIV/AIDS patients accept Jesus before they die.

Community Development Program Manager Assistant

I am 40 years old. My duties include planning and implementing the activities in Lvea Sor Commune. I oversee the village development committee, the training team and the construction of water filters and latrines. Helping to change the mindset of the villagers is a great challenge for me but with God?s anointing, grace and provision I know I can accomplish this for my people in Cambodia. Please pray for us.

I am 31 years old I just got married in November 2006 to Poline who is also a Christian. I graduated from Phnom Penh Bible School in 1998 and have served the Lord in the Cambodian Baptist Convention. I have been working with AOC since March 2006. I really like this job because it is my desire to help people. I can help and teach them about HIV/AIDS and how to prevent the spread of HIV. Nurse Health Educator

I was born in 1952 and am married with two daughters and two grandchildren. I became a Christian in 1993. I have been working with AOC since 1998. I take the patients to the hospital when we have emergency evacuations from the villages. I am responsible for all the patients who are very seriously ill and too poor to help themselves. I also work in the village with the Special Interest Groups. I enjoy my job and I thank God for blessing me abundantly in my life.

I am 44 years old and married with five children. My family has been Christian since 2002. Other than cleaning at the office, I also help teach the children in the village about Jesus and sometimes Ihelp bringing patients to the hospital. My drean and hope is that, the children will change their lives from sin and return toJesus who can save them. I really love the work that I am doing every day. Please pray for my job and the children. Pray for me to receive wisdom to serve Him.

I have been working with AOC since 2003, I really like my job. I can encourage patients when they have a problem. I give them medicine and share the Good News with them. I am 25 years old, I live with my family. Twelve years ago my father became a Christian, before that he used to hate his neighbours and get very angry and he hit us a lot. When he became a Christian he changed so much and my whole family came to believe in Jesus. I have been working with AOC since 2004 teaching basic health and Biblical values at the District high school, primary schools and village Children?s Programs. In my heart I want to learn more so that I can counsel children at risk in their family, so they can be healthy in their bodies, thinking, feeling and in their relationships with others and God.

erycha colley R.N., B.Sc.- Canada

HIV/AIDS Project Coordinator

erycha is a registered nurse from Canada. She is primarily responsible for the development, implementation and fundraising of Project Homecare and Project Song Kim (Hope), as well as studying Khmer part-time.

erycha makes regular visits to the Promised Land, overseeing the work that is being done and making changes as necessary. She is developing protocols for her staff to follow, in hopes of promoting long-term sustainability for the projects.

erycha also meets with Ministry of Health officials monthly to maintain close relationships and accountability with government run clinics and Cambodian health care system.
