1996      Signed its first and subsequent agreement/s with the Cambodian Ministry of Health (MOH) 

2004      Registered with the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs 2004

Awards:

2001 - Prime Minister’s Gold Medal for Disaster Relief; rice distribution following severe flooding in Lvea Em district

2005 - Prime Minister’s Gold Medal for construction of Tuberculosis ward and laboratory at Peam Okhna Ong District Hospital in Lovea Em

2008 - Prime Minister’s Gold Medal for construction of Maternity Unit at Tuk Khleang Health Centre, Lvea Em district
