Since 2007, AOC has seen:
• 665 high-risk people tested for HIV
• 44 HIV/AIDS people received homecare and family support
• 32 HIV/AIDS patients received Anti Retro-Viral Treatment
• 378 children received free dental treatment
• 100 primary school teachers from 13 schools taught to effectively communicate health messages to 3269 students
• 68% students confidently sharing & demonstrating their health knowledge and skills to family and community impacting 2,200 households
• 536 key community members and 157 youth increased awareness and knowledge about HIV/AIDS transmission and prevention
• Construction of Tuberculosis Ward & laboratory at District Hospital serving possible 2,600 TB patients (3.4% pop)
• Construction of Maternity Ward at Tuk Khleang Health Centre resulting in a 40% increase in women of reproductive age accessing the Health Centre for maternity care
• 2,500 school students have access to sanitary toilets facilities at 5 primary schools
• 616 people with access to safe water and sanitary toilets in 3 villages
• 16 local church leaders from 4 denominations are now working together to effectively lead their church to meet the needs of the church and the community
• Representatives from the local churches have together created a Christian expression of traditional (Buddhist style) ceremonies, funerals, weddings and house-warmings
• 6 church members have been trained and are leading worship and Christian ceremonies in the district using traditional musical instruments
• 280 adults including village leaders, school principals, teachers, government officials, police, Health Centre staff, local Pastors, church and community members and 130 children heard a clear gospel message at the 2008 Christmas Outreach.
